Today I’m grateful to have been told about a potential remedy to my knee problems which prevent me from being able to jog and get fit. (That’s been the long standing excuse, anyway). But seriously, I can only run for a short while, before the pain in my knees start. If I push through the pain and carry on for any length of time, I basically can’t walk for 3 days after. Not good for an active photographer.
So the remedy is apparently this foam roller and I’m meant to roll over it sideways, so the muscles in my thighs that connect to my knees are painfully massaged. I’ve done it once. It hurts. But I’m optimistic. For now, it serves as a headrest.
