Today I’m grateful for one of my most favourite business tools, Insightly. It’s a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool that makes sure I stay on top of my workload, efficiently and effectively. I’d given it the cold shoulder for the last few months, as you do. You get busy, the outdated tasks pile up, then it seems insurmountable, so you continue to ignore it. But ignore, no more! This week I took the time to get back up to date, and I can already feel that I have less stress and less of that nagging feeling that I’m forgetting things. The system is set up and it will remind me when I need to do something. For that feeling of relief, I’m grateful.
