Today I’m grateful for the near daily habit of walking with my neighbour. I have to walk the dog anyway on a daily basis, and for months now, I’ve been joined by my neighour and her 1 year old twins. It’s a ritual which has come to signify the end of my working day and has also become an opportunity to reflect on the day, offer and ask for advice and generally change the brain from work gear to normal gear. I really enjoy our walks. Thank you Josie, Earl and the kids.
