365 appreciation project

Lately I’ve become more and more aware of what I’m putting in my brain. Much like a diet, where you’re acutely aware of what you’re eating. Although, somehow I think I’ll be far more successful with this brain diet than any actual food diet. So I’m mindful of listening to and reading content that serves me. I’m finding as well that taking time to listen to a guided meditation, like Oprah & Deepak’s Finding Your Flow series, ┬áis very grounding and has a distinct impact on my stress levels. It felt a little self indulgent at first, but I think I’m getting over that. Here’s to a healthy Brain Diet.
