You know the feeling – it starts on a Sunday evening! Mine manifests in the form of a reluctance to go to bed. So invariably I have a late night up vegging in front of the TV. I wake up on Monday tired and dazed.
Fortunately, however, it doesn’t take long to shake the feeling once I get in front of my computer and start ticking away my to-do list! I find that being productive is in itself the best solution to beat the Monday Blues.
Looking at my list for today, I’ve already ticked off a few items and it’s not even lunchtime! Yay, me! Up next, some admin, some photo editing and some follow ups. I find that planning for the week and taking on small chunks of work at a time makes the load seem more bearable and leaves me more energised to take on the week!
