Naturally it’s weird seeing myself on the other side of the camera. Well, let me rephrase that due to the fact that I’m quite used to being in front of my own camera, so it’s weird being in front of someone else’s camera!
This was a lot of fun and I’m stoked that I had the opportunity to share my message of encouragement with other solopreneurs so they can know that they’re not alone on this journey.
I share the fact that going into business was a no-brainer because it meant that I was in control of my own destiny and that I get to decide how to spend each day at work and how much or how little I work. I also shared how fortunate small business owners in Cape Town are because there’s so much support in the form of business networks, business hubs and other small business owners who are more than willing to connect and support other business owners.
