At this time of year, I start to feel a little anxious. Anxious because I’ve still got so much work to do. Anxious because I REALLY want to take a break. And anxious because I know that if I take a break, my work is going to pile up and be waiting like a predator ready to attack me on my return.

But this year is different. I’ve promised myself a week off – anxiety free and with thoughts of work a million miles away. To keep my promise, however, I’m having to do a little extra work ahead of time. Which, by the way, is so unlike me. So this is something I’m doing for the first time and I thought I’d share my plan with you in this week’s Abby’s Abstracts video…
