  • What do you do?

I’m a Change Agent: Challenging norms; Inspiring change! I do this by helping people make different choices regarding health, wellness and wealth. Then provide support as they develop and grow!

    What makes your product/service/business different?

My decades of experience has given me insight into health matters that are often over looked .I have developed a keen sense of identifying the root cause or underlying factors that give rise to ill health. I'm passionate about body chemistry and use my knowledge and experience to help people become healthier.

Why do you do what you do?

It gives me great JOY to help people overcome challenges that are limiting their lives.

What has been your biggest challenge on your career/business journey & how did you overcome it?

My biggest challenge has been learning to say " No" to things I could do but would be time thieves. I have become focused on what I do best and enjoy the most.

What would you do differently if you could start your journey again?

Nothing! Every step of the journey has given me the expertise I need to do what I am doing now!

How has confidence impacted the success/growth of your business?

Having confidence in what you know, what you do and who you are as a person helps to build trust and build relationships with others.

What advice would you give other women, either starting out or already in their business/career?

Find your " WHY". The What and How will become clear. Find a mentor in your chosen field. Develop or follow a system to do what you do to obtain maximum return on your efforts. Work with a diary. Leave some gaps for recharging your batteries and unexpected events that need some time.

What’s next for you and your journey?

Attaining a business goal I have set that will ensure a passive style income to meet my basic needs. This will free up time from earning active income so that I can do more pro bono work.

What one thing would you change (if any) that would make you your most confident self?

Nothing specific now but that could change.... I have worked on personal development all my life and am a far cry from the introverted shy child whose parents sent to " speech and drama" lessons in primary school. In hindsight this was a great blessing in my life.

What does confidence mean to you?

Taking on a challenge and knowing I can cope well and deliver desired results.
